Triple H double-cross gives Owens Universal title

After Big Cass was the first to be eliminated from the fatal four-way match, it seemed that Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Kevin Owens were so evenly matched that no man could put down the others. In a shocking move however, Triple H instead turned on Rollins and delivered another Pedigree in order for Owens to take home the top prize.

And your NEW Universal Champion is...

Then, in this video from moments after his debut at TakeOver: R Evolution in December 2014, Owens and Triple H craft a plot which will take nearly two years to hatch! WHAT? Everyone watched as he drove Seth's head into the mat, all while looking directly at a stunned Kevin. The Inquisitr reported today that WWE has started to build up to a WrestleMania 33 match between Rollins and Triple H. That said, the two will most likely remain involved in a rivalry of some kind for the next number of months. Randy Orton also got used in a similar way after he defected from The Authority by the end of that same year.
