Amal wore a custom-made Atelier Versace gown with an elaborate feathered skirt, while George looked dapper in a black suit, USA Today noted.
Meanwhile, pregnant Amal Clooney spoke with the French press, expressing their delight to be in the City of Love as she walks the red carpet with her husband, per People.
The actor said: "We are really happy and really excited".
Even though the couple - who Wednesday in September 2014 - attended the ceremony for George, 51, to receive the prestigious Honorary César Award, Amal and her bump stole the spotlight.
