Unlike the prototype images, this one shows the G6 polished and ready to rock n' roll.
LG's much-awaited G6 event is only a few weeks away and after getting a sneak peek at what they have in store, thanks to leaked press details.
There's only one speaker on the bottom side of the phone and one SIM tray, which could allow users to accommodate one SIM and one memory card inside. Now a new leak has surfaced that claims to show us the rear of the device. The images, as produced by DROIDLIFE could have been taken from LG's R&D department as it seems to be under testing with wires protruding out of the back panel.
This latest leaks shows the device with a brushed metallic back, featuring all of the rumored specs: dual cameras, a rear fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C, rounded display corners, and more. Also as stated in the earlier rumors a number of times, the display covers nearly the entire space of the front side.
Former Secretary of Nazi Propaganda Chief Dies at 106
Brunhilde Pomsel, former secretary to Joseph Goebbels, Nazi propaganda minister during World War II, died in Munich at 106. Unless you end up blaming the entire German population for ultimately enabling that government to take control.
Interestingly, Dutch site GSMinfo recently uncovered LG trademark applications for the names G6 Lite, G6 Compact, G6 Fit, G6 Sense, G6 Hybrid, G6 Prix, G6 Forte, and G6 Young. This new addition brings us to the fact that we can forget the swappable battery unit as seen on the LG G5.
If they prove to be accurate, then you'll be pleased to know LG has made a decision to keep the 3.5mm audio jack and add a USB Type C port as well.
LG G6 boasts a large 5.7-inch display that supports an unusual 2,880 x 1440 pixels resolution (18:9 aspect ratio).
