According to a report from Collider, fans of the X-Men should definitely stick around once the credits begin rolling for Logan since they have confirmed that there will in fact be a post-credits scene.
Used mainly in superhero films, Marvel has become the masters of the post-credit sequence, with the first featuring in Iron Man, and showing Tony Stark returning to his mansion after the events of the movie only to be informed by S.H.I.E.L.D director Nick Fury that there are more superheroes in the world besides him.
"I understand things don't regenerate as quickly", he said. "I'm not sure if it's half way through the credits or at the very end, but I can 100 per cent tell you something will be there". They wouldn't edit in a flashback of those character together because that would undo the dramatic arc the filmmakers just created, so that means it would need to take place after Logan's death.
So while secretly adding new scenes isn't exactly a new practice, doing so for this particular film would be fascinating because of the way it ends.
Just consider: If Hugh Jackman's feral furry mutant did not originate from Marvel's X-Men universe, many filmgoers might not even view it as comic-book fare.
Befitting that genre, "Logan" is largely set in the American Southwest, as Wolverine helps rescue a new, young mutant (Dafne Keen) while also trying to save an increasingly unstable Professor X (Patrick Stewart).
Tony Blair: Brexit makes independence case 'more credible'
Canadian envoy Janice Charette said her country and the United Kingdom should be able to seal a speedy trade deal after Brexit . He will apparently insist that despite the 52-48% vote margin to leave the bloc, people are allowed to change their minds.
"Logan" is just around the corner and fans are already dying to know if its final credits will offer a glimpse of Huge Jackman's Wolverine one last time.
Logan could end with something like that but it's impossible to guess what that scene would be.
No matter what the post-credit scene entails, it looks like there will definitely be an additional three minutes of the movie to enjoy for audiences willing to stick around for the credits.
We don't have too much longer to wait until we find out about the Logan post-credit scene as the movie opens in a couple of weeks. Let's us know in the comments section!
