Repealing Of Obamacare Could Lead Americans To Canada For Prescriptions

During a meeting with the heads of major US health insurers today, President Trump told them to "expect something special" to replace the Affordable Care Act as his administration advances its replacement for the ACA (Obamacare). The independent analysis by the consulting firms Avalere Health and McKinsey & Company said the tools states could be given to control spending include tightening eligibility criteria, requiring able-bodied beneficiaries to work, limiting benefits, reducing payments to providers and increasing patients' cost sharing.
