Fallout 4 is free to try this weekend

The game is getting a free weekend so that more people can try it out and decide whether or not they want to buy it.

Bethesda has announced that it's holding a Fallout 4 Free Weekend on PC and Xbox One (as long as you're an Xbox Live Gold member) this weekend, with the event running from May 25th to May 28th.

Starting tomorrow May 25, Fallout 4 will be playable at no charge, and it includes all base content and mods.

Commissioner Rob Manfred says Major League Baseball is investigating. "The best way to get me out is to throw inside". Despite winning their third straight game, the mood surrounding the Braves was predictably dark following the game.

Fallout 4 was released back in late 2015 to critical acclaim and commercial success, and though its development cycle has ended (since previous year its final DLC, Nuka World, was released), it still has a lot of players going around to find everything possible in the Commonwealth. On Steam, the free trial runs from 10 a.m. PT on Thursday to 1 p.m. PT on Sunday.

To coincide with the free weekend, the game and its Season Pass will also be on sale on Steam at 67% off.

For Steam users you can try Fallout from 6 pm BST this Thursday to 9 pm BST on Sunday. This gives you roughly four days to do everything you can in the Commonwealth.
