Busy Aisha Tyler says goodbye to 'The Talk' after 6 years

The daytime TV show "The Talk" is losing one of its co-hosts, Aisha Tyler.

Tyler began crying after she'd explained how busy she'd been and said, "I just realized I had to let something go".

Tyler, who has been with the show since 2011, joining in Season 2, said that she had become too busy with her many other projects to continue co-hosting the daily show.

Although Tyler is leaving the show, she promised to come back every once in a while to guest-host, and, of course, promote her shows. She also lends her voice to ARCHER.

Not only is Tyler a show host and an actor, but she is also a director.

London tower fire: What do we know?
The company said it would not be commenting further "given the ongoing nature of the incident and the tragic events overnight". He said he was alerted to the fire not by fire alarms but by people on the street below, shouting "don't jump, don't jump".

"I loved directing. and I knew, I think, that that was what I wanted to do with the rest of my life", she continued.

Breaking down in tears, Tyler added: "He's a wonderful person".

Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert and Sheryl Underwood were all saddened with Tyler's announcement.

Before Aisha made the live official announcement, she hinted about her departure on Twitter when she wrote about change. In one post, Aisha wrote that life is about change and sometimes it can be both painful and handsome. She launched a Kickstarter campaign a year ago to fund her feature directorial debut, "Axis", about an Irish actor, set on the morning he is set to star in a career-changing blockbuster film.

Following the show, The Talk released a sweet goodbye message to Tyler via Twitter. "Throughout her six seasons, she has made incredible contributions and shared personal moments, making our viewers, cast and crew all laugh, cry and think, as a result of her signature with, intelligence and openness. Our friendships are so precious to me, and the thing I'm going to miss most is all of the time we get to spend together when we're not on camera".
