A new iPhone rumor is making the rounds and this one is as close to gold as you can get with Apple rumors because it comes from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities reports MacRumors. That makes for a launch around September, which happens to be the usual period when Apple refreshes its iPhone range.
Coming to the smaller devices, Kuo is expecting Apple to manufacture around 38 million iPhone 7s units and 20 million iPhone 7s Plus devices. Instead, the phone will only be available in black, silver, and gold. Two of them will be the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus, while the third will be a more expensive iPhone 8, though that name hasn't been finalised. In fact, the report states that the supply chain will produce between 2 million to 4 million units only this quarter.

As the iPhone marks its 10th anniversary, the market has widely anticipated that the new iPhones will have a significant upgrade in specifications, including the use of OLED displays, to diversify its supply from the existing LCD iPhones, which could spark a wave of replacements. The Korean company is said to be the sole OLED display supplier for Apple.
There is the now familiar cutout at the top for camera and infrared sensors, with no home button at the bottom. The RAM of the device will also be higher at 3GB while the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus will come with 2GB RAM.
The iPhone 8 has been leaked in a fresh set of renders and live images yet again. He did point out that buyers will also need to pick up an accessory Type-C power adapter for the faster charging. He further reveals that the handset by Apple will go on a verification test in August and the mass production of the device will kick start by mid-September. The reason why the entire world is buzzing with excitement in anticipation for iPhone 8 to come out is because Apple promised that this smartphone is going to be way different from what we're used to seeing from the usual iPhone lineup.
