Will the Panthers and Bears struggle offensively on Sunday when the two teams meet in Chicago at 1:00PM ET?
"As a quarterback, you want to be throwing the ball", Trubisky told reporters this week.
Bears special teams allowed allowed a touchdown on a kickoff return (albeit a bit of a fluke) and a punt return against the Ravens to drop to last place in the league in both punt returns (15.6 yards) and kickoff returns (30.8). "But as a competitor and a leader of this team, you're going to do whatever it takes to win".
For the Bears, the formula for winning seems to weigh on the shoulders of running back Jordan Howard.
The Panthers have caught the injury bug of late, and have some question marks heading into Sunday's game. Kuechly remains in concussion protocol after leaving Carolina's contest against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6. Chicago has looked a lot better on offense with Trubisky, and while they may not win a ton of games this season, he is getting on the job training that will benefit the organization in the long run. They get after it with the front seven, and they're really solid on the back end. Jonathan Stewart and Christian McCaffrey-two of the most inefficient backs in the National Football League thus far-have gone for 2.9 and 2.7 yards per carry, respectively, while quarterback Cam Newton has been tasked with shouldering 34.6 percent (158 of 457 yards) of the production on the ground since Kalil's injury. Life without Kuechly has proven more than a bit hard for Carolina in the past.
Arsenal snatch late win in Belgrade
This goal also comes on the 4 year anniversary of the famous Arsenal goal against Norwich also involving Wilshere and Giroud. Walcott played a one-two with Wilshere who flicked the ball back to Walcott who headed it across goal.
Howard has tallied 118 carries for 495 yards and four scores. "It's two-fold. We've got to be able to get things back on track".
But Rodrigue went social-media-silent, and was not working at either the Carolina game in Detroit, or the Thursday night game last week at home against Philadelphia, and had not filed anything at The Charlotte Observer since that week.
Most importantly, Carolina wants to fix its run game. They are 3-0 on the road this season, which makes them one of five teams that are unbeaten away from home.
Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart already broke the Panthers' all-time leading rushing record this season, but the 10-year veteran is nearing another franchise milestone.
The Panthers and Bears are meeting for the 10th time in history with Chicago holding a 5-4 edge in the series.
