British actor Kadian Noble, 31, has launched a suit in the USA alleging that the producer assaulted her at the Cannes film festival in 2004, after grooming her in London, under claims he was looking to cast her in a film.
After the phone call, Weinstein allegedly pulled the resisting Noble to him and groped her breasts.
Harvey Weinstein's latest accuser just held a news conference in which she described the alleged sexual attack in a hotel room.
Noble said she suffered severe trauma, injuries and permanent damage because of the brutal assault.
The 31-year-old said Weinstein approached her at the Majestic Hotel during the film festival in Cannes, France, inviting her upstairs to his room to watch her audition reel.
More than 80 women have accused Weinstein of unwanted advances and sexual assault, including six charging they were raped by the Hollywood hotshot.
"The reason why I said nothing for so long is I thought if I ever wanted an opportunity in this industry, how would small me speak of this man saying he's been inappropriate with me, people look at me like who the hell is this girl to say this about this god or powerful influence", she told reporters.
Harvey Weinstein and Bob Weinstein Sued Under Sex Trafficking Law
Noble told CBS News that Weinstein forced her into a bathroom where he sexually assaulted her.
The complaint also details the use of the term "FOH" by TWC staffers to refer to women Harvey Weinstein had sexual encounters with in exchange for professional advancement.
Noble, who is being represented by Stuart Mermelstein, claims that she had been in contact with Weinstein about a role prior to the hotel room incident and dropped off a reel of her acting work at his London office.
Using language common among cops and anti-trafficking activists, the suit accuses Weinstein of "grooming" Noble before trafficking her. "TWC employees knew to "take care" of the FOH's", is filed in the claim as reported by Vulture.
He promised her a role but sexually assaulted her after she attempted to show him her showreel at his hotel during the Cannes Film Festival, she told the conference in NY. First a civil suit was filed Monday in the United Kingdom alleged sexual assault by the disgraced producer.
The company violated US sex trafficking law by "benefiting from, and knowingly facilitating, the venture in which Harvey Weinstein traveled in foreign commerce to recruit or entice female actors into forced or coerced sexual encounters on the promise of roles", states the lawsuit.
As per Friedman's opinion, he told People that Noble's lawyers will "be very aggressive and take discoveries as soon as possible, which would mean taking depositions of the Weinstein brothers and their company".
Redskins' Chris Thompson Carted Off After Suffering Brutal Leg Injury
Washington is likely to turn to rookie Samaje Perine and Byron Marshall as rushing options on offense in Thompson's absence. Kamara finished Sunday's game with eight carries for 42 yards along with six catches for 75 yards and a score.
