'Avengers: Infinity War' debuts new trailer and official poster

The advance ticket sales for Avengers: Infinity War officially began this morning with the launch of the new trailer for the film, and the words "highly anticipated" probably don't even begin to describe the film.

The upcoming blockbuster is easily Marvel Studios' most ambitious project to date, featuring almost every superhero imaginable from every corner of the cinematic universe.

When the fourth Avengers film arrives, fans should know her history from Captain Marvel and how she ties into the two-part movie's storyline and clarify the situation, so it's not a random arrival in the upcoming blockbuster.

And it looks like the gangs all here, with all the action and wisecracks we could want. If the current advanced ticket sales on Avengers: Infinity War are any indication, Infinity War will be on pace to completely smash the numerous records that were just set by Black Panther, and perhaps more. They will face off against villain Thanos, who is on a mission to collect the six Infinity Stones. It has to be said, we're pretty excited about both of those things as well. The rest of the trailer largely hits on the same beats as the first teaser, with heroes teaming up and Thanos laying waste to those before him.

However, pieces of the trailer showed that the Avengers might bite off more than they can chew. At the opposite end of the spectrum, we all know someone who goes on a total trailer and social media blackout to avoid anything that would take away from their pleasure at going into a film with as blank a slate as possible. Get on board the hype train as it releases in cinemas worldwide on 27 April.
