Odell Beckham Jr. Being Pursued By LA Rams

According to the New York Daily News, the Los Angeles Rams have interest in trading with the Giants for the former LSU star and adding him to their wide receiver depth for quarterback Jared Goff to target next season.

The Giants could conceivably trade Beckham, although it's unclear what kind of return they could expect. ESPN's Adam Schefter said the Giants are listening to offers for the receiver during an appearance on "Golic and Wingo" Tuesday morning.

NY and the Los Angeles Rams have already had talks about a deal involving Beckham and his sudden availability would likely allow the Giants to host an abundance of offers from a majority of teams around the league. "We all understand that there are certain ways we need to act and certain things we don't want to be doing".

Landry and Beckham Jr. played together at Louisiana State University, before being selected in the 2014 draft-where the latter was the number 12 overall pick, while the former was the number two pick in the second round.

Gareth Bale savours 'pinnacle' after breaking Wales record against China
There were no further goals , but the game long since decided as a contest thanks to Bale's world-class ability. The possibility of Bale going up against Luis Suárez and Edinson Cavani is enticing.

This comes a day after co-owner John Mara said he could not rule out the possibility of trading Beckham, adding "I wouldn't say anyone is untouchable" and that "I'm exhausted of answering questions about Odell's behavior".

"I think it's important that you get all the information", Shurmur said. I think he really cares.

Is the Giants' relationship with one of the sport's uniquely talented players beyond fix? A very charismatic guy. "I think it's really important, especially in the player-coach relationship, that I get to know him". Earlier in March, a video surfaced of the wide receiver with what appeared to be cocaine and a brown cigarette in hand.

"That is just another way of saying we're gonna try to do everything we can to make our team better, " Shurmur said. "I got a little better sense of who he is". Off-field concerns are also in play, but the ankle injury that ended Beckham's 2017 four games in is not in line to be a concern. It's unclear what the Giants would be looking for in return.
