Arrest warrant issued for bank robbery suspect

Police said the robber is described as a black 18-year-old man, 5 foot 5 and 160 pounds.
According to police, Cesar Villanueva was reported to police for refusing to leave an unnamed place about 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of North Madison Street.
The male suspect entered the store and brought an item to the counter, where he produced a gun and fired a round into the ceiling, before demanding money.
Police say they arrested Eric Pombier, age 37 of Madison, after evidence collected from the crime scene linked back to him.
On April 5, 2018 Bruce Rowley, age 26, of Chapel Street in Derby was arrested by warrant for Robbery Second Degree and Larceny Fourth Degree.
The suspect fled in a dark-colored SUV, possibly a Jeep Grand Cherokee, police said in a news bulletin seeking the public's help in identifying the man. They say the truck was driven to the bank's parking lot at the time of the robbery and was located nearby by police.
