Bungie has officially revealed their Year 2 content with the promise that the accumulation of all fan feedback regarding Destiny 2 has been not only considered but also applied to the next big step for the FPS.
As such, the release date for the bow is set to be when the expansion releases on September 4th, 2018 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The current development roadmap for the game on Bungie's website includes more "yet to be revealed" under that month, which also makes mention of new gameplay modes. "Something that feels like 'Destiny.' It was the one thing that I'd say, overwhelmingly so, had a very good first impression among the entire group that was there". It deals with capturing eight Fallen Barons who have escaped the Prison of Elders. Again, they'll be familiar races, but these do look rather different takes on what we've seen before.
The new end-game destination in Destiny 2: Forsaken will be The Dreaming City.

Stanford (44-10 overall), which won the Pac-12 by a game and a half over OSU (44-10-1), was also selected as a regional host. As for the rest of the state, Florida State and Stetson join the Gators as regional hosts from the Sunshine State.
"Destiny 2" will be offering a new paid Annual Pass that offers players extra opportunities to chase gear during update-based milestones outside of major expansions. New tabs are being added to the player inventory where players will be able to see all the weapons, armor, and vanity items they have collected along with hints toward the ones they haven't.
It sounds promising, though after the dismal stories in the Curse of Osiris and Warmind expansions...hard to get too excited. Also the promise of "more bosses than any raid before". New supers! Collections are back! The raid takes place in the Dreaming City and after the location will change after a raid is finished. This is a competitive mix of PVP and PVE where two teams of four will fight off enemies, collecting motes which can be used to block the opposing team from banking their motes or summon a Primeval. The first of these is called "Black Armory", and while be available this winter, while "Joker's Wild" will be available in spring 2019 and "Penumbra" in summer 2019.
Destiny 2: Forsaken will release on September 4, 2018. According to GamesIndustry.biz, NetEase announced this partnership noting "that Bungie founder and chief creative officer Jason Jones 'will begin the creation of new worlds'". Disappointed fans accused the companies of being greedy with in-game purchases, while others said the game experience simply wasn't up to standard.
