Tyronn Lue doesn't seem too confident in LeBron James returning

Dwight Howard believes LeBron James and Ben Simmons on the same team won't work.

No matter where LeBron elects to play next year, whatever that team looks like now likely won't be the finished product once training camps open in a few months.

The Lakers are the favorites to sign LeBron James, according to oddsmakers, but does Los Angeles even make sense for the 14-time All-Star?

"I'm from L.A., I can say I love L.A. because I'm from L.A."
These odds skyrocketed after Gary Payton said that James' son was already committed to Sierra Canyon School just outside of Los Angeles.

Soccer fans stunned Peru didn't score against Denmark in World Cup
The win means Denmark join France at the top of Group C on three points after the opening round of fixtures. Kvist was substituted after a hard collision with a leaping Farfan as the two pursued a ball in the air.

In fact, Stephen Jackson did argue that Wednesday on FS1's "First Things First", calling the Lakers the "worst" possible fit for James, who's expected to opt out of his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

After the Cavs lost 4-0 in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors, James said he had "no idea at this point" where he would play next. "Not with the Los Angeles Lakers in the picture, Houston Rockets, Boston Celtics and now the San Antonio Spurs".

While a core of James, James Harden and Chris Paul - if the Rockets were able to re-sign Paul - sounds like a group that could give the Warriors a true test in the West, if James truly doesn't like Houston, that situation sounds like a tough sell at this stage of his career.

But they only have until July 1 until teams can actively start speaking to the duo, with reports expecting both players to explore the free agency market. Seeing the two of them together would be a scary thought for opposing teams.
