Miley Cyrus confirms marriage to Liam Hemsworth

Rumours were quick to surface this week that American singer Miley Cyrus and Australian actor Liam Hemsworth have tied the knot in a secret ceremony.

'This is probably our one millionth kiss, ' she wrote alongside another.

Cyrus and Hemsworth reportedly said "I do" on Sunday at the couple's home in Franklin, Tennessee, but this comes from an anonymous source who spoke to Radar Online. Ever since, they have been rather lowkey about their relationship, but Hemsworth did take to Instagram previous year to call Cyrus his "little angel".

Cyrus and Hemsworth met on the set of The Last Song in 2008, and sparked a relationship soon after.

She and musician Mark Ronson also released a version of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's Happy Christmas War is Over, recorded with the couple's son Sean Ono Lennon.

Rumors swirled around the couple after a friend, surfer Conrad Jack Carr, posted photos and videos on his Instagram page.

Reps for Cyrus and Hemsworth did not return Fox News' previous request for comment.
