William & Kate appoint former Brexit strategist as their new Communications Secretary

William and Kate's office will remain in Kensington Palace, where they live with their three children.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are to have their own household to take forward their growing roles as senior members of the royal family. The announcement was made in a statement issued by Buckingham Palace: "The Queen has agreed to the creation of a new Household for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, following their marriage in May previous year".
The statement confirmed the changes will be in place this spring - around the same time the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move into their new home, Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor - 23 miles from Kensington Palace.
