Rapper NBA Youngboy's girlfriend shot outside Trump resort in Miami

- Nine people were detained for questioning following a fatal shooting Sunday outside the Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, authorities confirmed on Monday. Police continue to investigate the scene.

A spat of gun violence in a bustling part of Miami left one person dead and at least three injured Sunday. The incident occurred outside of the Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, according to ABC affiliate Local 10.

The suspects were armed with several handguns and an AK-47 weapon, WPLG reported, quoting police.

The Trump building carries President Donald Trump's surname through a licensing agreement with the owner.

The Miami Herald is reporting that the 19-year-old female was the girlfriend of rapper NBA Youngboy who was involved in the incident.
