"He said originally", she said, arguing that Trump meant these women meant they should go back to where their ancestors were from. Why don't they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.
When Trump was accused of mocking a disabled reporter in 2016, Conway chose to blame Meryl Streep, who did a bit on Trump at the Golden Globes, instead; she's also deflected claims that Trump sexually assaulted a woman by making a loose connection to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, calling it "anti-women". Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), and Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) - all spoke on Capitol Hill the other day and are adamant Trump should be impeached. Feinberg demurred, asking her why it was relevant.
Three weeks ago, Conway declined to appear voluntarily at a similar hearing before the committee, prompting it to vote 25-16 to subpoena her testimony.
"I'm asking you a question", she retorted, which Mr. Feinberg said his personal heritage was "not relevant" to the question. All four members of Congress targeted by Trump are U.S. citizens. "I've done nothing wrong", Conway said.
"This was meant with no disrespect", she tweeted.
United Nations report cites 'shockingly high' number of likely 'executions' in Venezuela
Government figures showed deaths ascribed to criminals resisting arrest numbered 5,287 last year and 1,569 by May 19 this year. Bachelet visited Venezuela last month and will present the report to the UN Human Rights Council on Friday.
CONWAY: No no, it is, because you're asking, he said originally, he said originally from. I asked the question to answer the question and volunteered my own ethnicity: Italian and Irish. "Are you saying the president was telling the Palestinian American to go back to the occupied territories?"
"By asking about my ethnicity (a mix of and, I'm told) in response to my question, @KellyannePolls inadvertently confirmed that @realDonaldTrump was telling @IlhanMN, @RashidaTlaib, @AOC, @AyannaPressley to return to Somalia, Gaza, Puerto Rico, and somewhere in Africa". The White House has rejected a report from the Office of Special Counsel that stated Conway violated the Hatch Act.
Henry Kerner, a longtime Republican Party lawyer who runs the OSC, told last month's committee hearing that Conway left him "no choice" but to recommend her termination because she had committed "at least 10 separate Hatch Act violations, expressed no remorse and continues to express disdain" for the law. "Be aware of that and what you're doing ... because some of us are getting death threats". Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro was found guilty of violating the Hatch Act in 2016, but then-President Barack Obama decided not to punish him.
It does exist and I would love to see you forced in there, see how you like being thrown in a little cage, although I'm sure they would give you a toothbrush and a soap and food if you needed it, but I'm willing to bet you it also crack in about five seconds under that kind of pressure.
