Barça offer Premier League sides the chance to sign Coutinho on loan

The Bundesliga club want £70m for the 20-year-old Frenchman while Juve have quoted Arsenal £50m for the 25-year-old Italian global.

- When does the transfer window close?

What on earth is going on at Arsenal this summer?

Barca are trying to move their No. 7 on but so far has not found anyone willing to sign him.

RB Leipzig's Dayot Upamecano is no longer an option as a deal was too complicated to conclude, though, Juventus' Daniele Rugani is in the frame following a meeting in London this week between Sanllehi and Juve director Fabio Paratici.

Instead, the more likely destination would be Tottenham, who are looking at Coutinho in case they lose Christian Eriksen.

If anyone can convince a player of Coutinho's skill set to join Tottenham, it's Pochettino.

The risk of selling Eriksen to a direct Premier League rival can not be overstated, as a player of the Dane's quality would propel United to another level.

Sky Sports News report that Tottenham are the current favourites to land Coutinho and Pochettino has personally called the attacker to convince him to make the move. Bilel Ghazi, who broke Neymar's Paris Saint Germain move in 2017, is anticipating the attacking midfielder to join the former Sevilla manager ranks after an unsuccessful season with Barcelona. Sources at the Catalan club say a loan move is the last option as they look to move the Brazil worldwide on on.

Coutinho moved to Barcelona in a big money switch from Liverpool in January 2018.

Spurs have swooped in and now made a bid for Coutinho, who would reportedly cost them between 21 and 27 million euros.
