Rumored new Apple products include 'pro' iPhone

While we've seen rumors of the new iPhones having three cameras throughout the year, Bloomberg has unearthed a few more intriguing details.

Pro models were tipped to utilize their new back-facing camera systems' ultra-wide-angle lenses for both ultra-wide photos and videos.

All of the new iPhones models will be powered by Apple A13 processor. Apple will also offer new matte color options.

Earlier this year, Apple updated the iPad Air and iPad mini, which had been waiting multiple years for new versions.

And based on a new report from Bloomberg, the two higher-end iPhone 11 Pro models will be much more advanced, especially when it comes to the cameras. It would be the first MacBook Pro redesign in three years.

Apple has dramatically enhanced water resistance for the new models, which could allow them to be submerged under water far longer than the 30-minute rating on the current iPhones. The version will be more expensive than the current $159 pair but should include new features such as water resistance and noise cancellation.

The new models will have updated OLED screens that lack the pressure-sensitive 3D Touch technology.

The reason for this is the triple-camera system at the back that's been sectioned by a rather unflattering square camera bump.

Low light photos are also said to improve, as are video recording capabilities, with Apple claimed to have developed a feature for live retouching, effects, colour correction and cropping. There will be a new "AMX" or "matrix" co-processor that can handle math-heavy tasks for improved AR performance.

New multi-angle Face ID sensor can capture a wider field of view allowing users to unlock the device when it is flat on a table. The new sensor that Bloomberg says is bound for the iPhone 11 could make the feature much more fluid and less annoying-making a strong argument for fans of Face ID to upgrade their older devices.

Apple will also launch the already announced new Mac Pro and XDR Pro Display.

When's the next Apple event?

Apple is set to launch three new iPhone models next month.

Apple also has iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV software updates in the wings, and tips suggest the company's Apple Arcade gaming subscription and Apple TV+ video are ready to roll soon.
