Ring Fit Adventure is the Nintendo Switch’s new fitness experience

Ring Fit Adventure comes out for the Nintendo Switch on October 18. While the Leg-Strap is simply strapped to your thigh, the Ring-Con itself is a flexible device that provides resistance, and respond to the player's movements and seems to record any pressure applied to it.

Based on Express Online's hands and legs-on experience with the game, Ring Fit Adventure has the feel of a fully-fledged albeit casual role-playing game, complete with sublime visuals, turn-based battles, multiple worlds and a levelling up system.

The Adventure mode featured in Ring Fit Adventure takes place across 20 different colorful worlds in a quest to take down Dragaux, a giant, chiseled dragon with an ego to match his oversized muscles. By all indications, it's a sort of RPG-meets-runner game, like, well... any game with "Run" in it. Players hold the ring accessory - which is called the Ring-Con - and can use it to maneuver their character as they run forward through the game's world (thanks to the Joy-Con leg strap accessory). Conducting an attack on an enemy will require players to perform more than 40 core and yoga exercises.

How to watch the Indian moon landing
With this maneuver, the required orbit for the Vikram Lander to commence it descent towards the surface of the Moon is achieved. It will be recalled that Chandrayaan-2 was successfully launched on July 22 with Isro's GSLV MK-III-M1 rocket.

You can even sail over stretches of water by squeezing the Fit-Con against your stomach and performing ab twists! Ring Fit Adventure tracks your daily workout routines and turns some of the more popular exercises into mini-games.

Frictional Games has announced via YouTube that the Amnesia Collection is available to play on the Nintendo Switch, today. Finally, Sets mode is the traditional exercise mode, so if you want to get moving but you don't want jump into Adventure mode, it sounds like Sets will be the mode for you. It's also intuitive to use and easy to set up, while the colourful visual style and ability to alter the intensity makes it an ideal fitness gateway for children.

Back in 2018 the company expressed the desire to bring the game to the console, and today you can play it.
