Since missing practice on Wednesday for "non-injury" reasons, there have been reports that Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs is unhappy with the present situation and that he missed the workout to show his disenchantment.
If Stefon Diggs is disgruntled, he is tap-dancing around that fact.
Diggs seems to be frustrated in Minnesota lately.
In any event, it appears Diggs and the Vikings have reached a point of no return.
This is significant since Diggs could have just said there was no truth to the rumors and moved along. "You can see where this interview is going".
Diggs admitted he wasn't happy with his team's offense - "I can't sit up here and act like everything is okay".
Diggs added that his "resume and persona" should speak for themselves and vouch that he's not a me-first player, saying the only conversations he's had with the team are regarding what's happening on the field.
Diggs has not missed a game for the Vikings this season, and has 13 receptions for 209 yards and a touchdown in four games.
Antonio Brown starts Sunday by trashing NFL, Robert Kraft on Twitter
Brown is facing allegations of sexual assault , sexual misconduct and rape, which all surfaced during his time with the Patriots. His effective retirement comes after a woman who once trained Brown accused him of rape in a federal lawsuit filed in Florida.
"At some point, you're not going to be able to run the ball for 180 yards, even with the best running back in the NFL", Thielen said.
Cousins apologized to Thielen on Tuesday, saying there were "too many opportunities where we could have hit him on Sunday".
The 2015 fifth-rounder is in the first year of a five-year, $72 million deal with $40 million guaranteed with the Vikings. He's due $9.4 million in 2019.
This comes just days after Diggs took to social media and sent out a cryptic tweet.
The Vikings have been a drastically different team in home games and away games so far this season.
"It's an internal matter, and I'm not going to talk about it", Zimmer said.
Regarding Sunday's game against the New York Giants, Diggs said, "I hope they let me play".
