EA confirms partnership for Apex Legends mobile

Apex Legends Season 4 begins on February 4 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

During EA's quarterly earnings call late last night, EA talked about some of the company's most recent succesful gaming properties and that of course, included Respawn Entertainment's Apex Legends.

Season 4 stars Revenant who is "consumed by hate and obsessed with revenge", and uses some unnatural abilities to "haunt his enemies and defy death".

Respawn has been teasing a big Season 4 reveal for Apex Legends left and right since its February 4 launch date was announced. Who used to be a human and the greatest hitman the Mercenary Syndicate ever had. Season 4 will include a new battle pass, weapon, and an all-new character to play. But it's clear that Revenant may not be this outwardly cruel, as the video suggests that he was once a human but was then converted into this twisted abomination. The return of Hammond Robotics to the Outlands has renewed his thirst for vengeance, and he won't stop until they're all dead. The Apex Legends team, for example, has revealed that its Season 4, titled Assimilation, is being driven by a calculated murder and the killing machine behind it.

The trailer shows that the robotic creature is a deadly assassin.

The new season will also see plenty going on elsewhere in the game, with Hammon Robotics worksites appearing on World's Edge, and a new weapon, the bolt-action Sentinel sniper rifle.
