Paulo Dybala Coronavirus: Juventus player tests positive

Serie A giants Juventus have confirmed that a third player has tested positive for the coronavirus.

"I want to tell you that we got the results of the Covid-19 results and both Oriana and I have tested positive". "Luckily we are in ideal conditions".

The 26-year-old Argentinian International is the third member of the Italian Serie A defending champions to have the virus, following the announcement that center-back Daniele Rugani and France World Cup victor Blaise Matuidi also tested positive.

Dybala's girlfriend Oriana Sabatini - an Argentine singer, actress and model - is the niece of Gabriela Sabatini.

On Saturday, the province announced six new cases of the virus, pushing B.C.'s total number of confirmed cases up to 27. Anyone identified to have possibly had close contact with the infected individual will be contacted directly.

"Paulo Dybala underwent medical tests that indicated that he tested positive for Coronavirus-COVID19".

Italian champions Juventus said that Dybala had been self-isolating since Wednesday.

Dybala is the third Juventus player to test positive for the coronavirus after Daniele Rugani and Blaise Matuidi. "He is well and is asymptomatic", said the club in a statement. The total number of deaths in Italy has now reached 4,825, making it one of the worst affected nations by the pandemic.
